2. Services Description

Thehomam provides a platform for booking authentic Vedic fire rituals (Homams) performed by qualified temple priests. Our services include:

• Online booking of Homam ceremonies
• Live streaming participation for online attendees
• Prasadam delivery services
• Video recordings of ceremonies

3. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate participant information including name, gotra, nakshatra, and rasi
• Payment must be completed to confirm your booking
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Bookings are subject to availability of scheduled dates

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Rescheduling requests for individual homas must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
• If names or birth stars are missed during group events, they can be accommodated in another ritual or a refund can be requested
• No refunds are available once the Homam has been performed

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the religious and spiritual nature of the services

All content on Thehomam platform, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thehomam provides religious services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in Homams. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
